Just a reminder that cargo PRs are now milestoned, so you can check those to see which release things are in. Also, Cargo's release notes are almost always available within a few days after the beta at https://github.com/rust-lang/cargo/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md, which can highlight the major changes.
