These are Cargo-related terms that I think would have helped me when I first started learning Rust, and that I see people misuse sometimes. I would be happy for anyone to review and suggest changes or additions. I would also appreciate if someone at @rust-lang/docs could take a look. |

One minor wording/clarity nit, but otherwise this looks good to me! Would like to get a Cargo-team eye on this to make sure everything is 100% accurate, but as far as a docs-team perspective, i like this.

Hm, yea, both seem kinda odd. How about "Cargo Target"? That seems a little less vague.
