#12182 started work on sorting/organizing things within
src/cargo/core/features.rs. While working on #12182, I noticed that this match statement was not sorted very well and made things hard to find.I decided to sort the match statement in the say way as I suggested for
features!:Note: I couldn't find a way to keep this sorted as I want to do with
unstable_cli_options!andfeatures!
