A new dependency `getrandom` is added into `rustc-workspace-hacks`, since it requires feature `js`.

@ehuss Thanks for checking this out so quickly, I completely forgot about this. Maybe we can have a real alias system instead or at least a feature to bypass this error (maybe with the --allow-dirty flag when publishing)? |
