I'm working on getting the scrape examples feature working on docs.rs. However, docs.rs uses
cargo rustdocinstead ofcargo doc, and right now the--scrape-examplesflag is only allowed forcargo doc. So this PR changes it to a-Zflag that can be passed to either command.
