* Update to pybind11 2.7.1. This allows us to remove a workaround in the CMakeLists.txt, but also requires us to add in a 'find_package(Python3)'. Without that, CMake initial configuration fails to find the command 'python3_add_library'. Signed-off-by: Chris Lalancette <clalancette@openrobotics.org>
