@SuperJappie08 rclc is community support repository, so i will exclude this PR for now.

Pinging this as ros2/rcl#1269 has been merged and will mostlikely be released in the next sync.

This was an ABI-breaking change and will make unpatched client libraries incompatible.

@SuperJappie08 thanks for the ping. the thing is that rclc is not on https://github.com/ros2/ros2/blob/rolling/ros2.repos. so that i missed that. CI is now processing.

i think compiler warning is not related to this PR. rclc is broken without this fix, i will go ahead to merge this.
