Well, Linux-aarch64 worked but Rpr_rqt_ubuntu_noble has the same rqt error

Hi, even with this merge the builds are still failing in build.ros2 due to Qt5::widget, even the Rpr automated check of this merge has the same error. Are I missing something? or that error isn't related to this?
