Enables the rollup
chunking-formtest suite (previously commented out inpackages/rollup-tests/test/test.js).The runner now compares chunk count instead of strict byte-equal directories, since rolldown's output diverges from rollup's on region comments, quote style, and identifier deconfliction;
amd/systemformats are skipped becausebindingifyFormatthrowsunimplementedfor both. The runnable subset ises+cjs.Net: +296 tests passing (916 → 1212); 270 known chunk-count divergences are tracked in
packages/rollup-tests/src/failed-tests.jsonfor future alignment work.For the first stage, we want to ensure we have the same chunk-optimization capabilities (at the generated chunk count level) as rollup.
