@sapphi-red Though CI is failing, I think you could start to look at the PR. Read https://github.com/rolldown/rolldown/pull/7609/changes/BASE..f9fe855c366871f139eb2e07e82751b1e042507f#r2644031429 to get a general understanding first.

I'm gonna keep this until we finish the feature. After that, I will move it documents and use it as a reference to lazy compilation.
