Problem Statement

Some methods like gift wraps need an optional signer parameter.

User Story

As a developper
I want to provide a specific signer to some ndk usecase
So that I dont need to switch account or create a new NDK instance before calling the method

Acceptance Criteria

Abillity to use gift wrap with a custom signer (not the one from account usecase)
