• The bug is caused by Refined GitHub. It doesn't happen if I disable the extension.
• The bug happens after clearing extension cache. The "Clear cache" button below can also be found at the bottom of the options page.

On some repos, DOM elements that RG inserts (like the “Bugs” tab) get inserted twice:

There are some console warnings, but all of them come from GitHub itself. The extensions doesn't report anything.

Perhaps this is related to #5733
