RESP3 support for Search

Overview
Adds stable RESP3 parsing for RediSearch commands (FT.SEARCH, FT.AGGREGATE, FT.INFO, FT.SPELLCHECK, FT.SYNDUMP) by detecting RESP3 map replies and converting them into the existing typed results (with new Warnings fields on FTSearchResult/FTAggregateResult), while preserving RawVal/RawResult.

Deprecates the UnstableResp3 option as a no-op and removes the runtime gating/error path that previously blocked these commands on RESP3. Introduces internal.FormatFloat plus NaN/Inf constants to normalize special float values (notably for FT.INFO stats emitted as doubles in RESP3), and adds extensive unit/integration tests to assert RESP2/RESP3 equivalence; updates doctest expected outputs accordingly and temporarily disables the Redis Enterprise CI workflow.
