@TomasVotruba I found a bug on scoped rector/rector when using
assigned_toattribute, which never exists if no requiresymplify/phpstan-rulesin require.The
symplify/phpstan-rulesis in require-dev which loaded that's why it works on #3540On this PR, I copy and add dedicated
AssignedToNodeVisitorto make assign asassigned_toattribute on expr.
