What is the current behavior?

Brush handles(travellers) are reachable from keyboard but only before their position is changed due to mouse interaction or when they set to initial values.

What is the expected behavior?

I can switch between mouse and keyboard interaction freely.

Please provide a demo of the problem in a sandbox

Which versions of Recharts, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of Recharts?
