Code Review
This pull request correctly renames the Ray Data contributing guide and updates all necessary references. The new titles are more descriptive and improve the documentation's structure. The changes are clean and look good.
For a future improvement, consider updating the absolute URL on line 37 of doc/source/data/contributing/contributing-guide.md to a relative Sphinx reference (e.g., using the {ref} role). This would make the link more robust across different versions of the documentation. Since this line isn't in the current diff, this is just a suggestion for a follow-up.
