Code Review
This pull request addresses an inefficiency in to_arrow_refs where the streaming executor was run twice. The change correctly uses self._plan.execute() to materialize the dataset once, which caches the results including the schema, thus preventing the second execution when self.schema() is called. The logic is sound and fixes the reported issue. I've added a minor comment to update a stale code comment that now incorrectly refers to the old implementation.
