@fengyuan14 @EikanWang CCing you here since you opened #8541 (which I'll review soon, sorry for the delay).
I'm happy to include XPU-related changes within torchvision, especially considering the proposed changes so far have been very simple. In terms of support model, I have no expertise with XPU and we only have limited resources within torchvision. So if anything XPU-related breaks in the future, I'll be pinging you guys for some help :)

Add xpu linux wheel build for torchvision to complete xpu nightly wheels build after PR pytorch/test-infra#5489 landed. Works for pytorch/pytorch#114850
