Previously running make_fx with tracing_mode="symbolic" resulted in `RuntimeError: Creating a new Tensor subclass FakeTensor but the raw Tensor object is already associated to a python object of type FakeTensor`. Previously running make_fx with tracing_mode="symbolic" resulted in `RuntimeError: Creating a new Tensor subclass FakeTensor but the raw Tensor object is already associated to a python object of type FakeTensor`.
