Do not merge. This PR is only for review and test purposes.

Type conversions now use auto gpu (Convert between CUDA types #25)
Printing tensors and storages with infs and nans no longer raises errors (Can't print tensors with inf or nan #27)
Error messages of tensor methods are now much better (Fix error message for wrong type (THTensor* -> THFloatTensor*) #26)
Storages can be now converted to different types
CUDA storages now have a getDevice() method

It also adds cospi functions for both precisions. * Added comments indicating the new helper functions will be optimized in the future.
