actually, should we potentially be removing the merge step in jenkins as well, for the osx jobs (here? https://github.com/pytorch/ossci-job-dsl/blob/master/src/jobs/pytorch.groovy#L193). And maybe even also in travis

@anderspapitto sounds good, I am going to remove it for the jobs in Jenkins. I haven't found the merge settings in Travis, and we probably have to ask them about it
