Description

This MR addresses some discussion in #2335 about providing 3rd party licenses within our bundled code/project.

It makes no sense to relate random pseudo-names generated as artifacts via rollup but at least all licenses should be reachable/visible (and rightly so).

Changes

• created a folder that contains all 3rd-party licenses as provided by their authors
• be sure that folder won't be ignored once we publish our next release
