[Bug]: CLI Installer issues #2570

Description

✈ Pre-Flight checks

  • I don't have SentinelOne antivirus installed (see above for the solution)
  • I have searched in the issues (open and closed) but couldn't find a similar issue
  • I have searched in the pyRevit Forum for similar issues
  • I already followed the installation troubleshooting guide thoroughly
  • I am using the latest pyRevit Version

🐞 Describe the bug

Okay, so it is a quite weird one. On a completely fresh system install it is not possible to install the new 5.0.0 version of the CLI, it always rolls back at some point in the installation. The only solution we've found to get it installed is to first install the previous version of the CLI (4.8.8), and install the new one over. It will fail at first, but will succeed on the second attempt. We had the same issue on two different computers. On the next one I will try to get the msi install logs.
