Minify Revit UI shows some strange tabs on deactivating #1716

Description

@Gilberto-GZ

Describe the bug
When I activate Minify Revit UI command works perfectly, but when I deactivate it, Revit is showing lots of tabs.

It would be great if when I deactivate the command, Revit show only the tabs I have configured in the user interface options

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Toggles'
  2. Click on 'Minify Revit UI'
  3. Here it works as I expected
  4. Deactivate Minify Revit UI
  5. See a lot of tabs in Revit, some of them do not match with the user interface options.

Expected behavior
When deactivate the Minify Revit UI command, I expect to see the previous tabs configured in user interface options.
