https://github.com/pyodide/pyodide/releases/tag/0.27.0 is now available on 01-01-2025, and so are the new xbuildenvs for it. This PR updates the Pyodide version from 0.26.4 to 0.27.0, and the version of
pyodide-buildfrom 0.29.0 to 0.29.2.
