Hmm, not a big fan of turning this off during the tests. We really need this stuff when we check the Travis output; also I think the default output is pretty nice. Also we would really need to update the usage.txt and readme as well, since |

This is a simple change to support disabling the logger. Seems like it's super useful for the tests, because it makes they way less noisy.
