The preferred capitalization based on https://www.antlr.org/ is all caps.

I honestly thought about this, but I've seen, that we used it consistently in lower case and decided, that's fine.

I'm going to merge this, but also update the titles and references of #4972 and #6621 - either we do it completely or not at all...
