Bug plastic-labs#1: When provider rejects response_format json_schema (e.g. deepseek-chat), _create_structured_response fails with BadRequestError which was unhandled → queue stalls. Fix: nested try/except around _create_structured_response, falling back to _create_json_object_response that sends json_object mode with JSON schema as system message. Response is parsed through existing repair pipeline. Also add scripts/reindex_embeddings.py — reset embeddings to pending when changing EMBEDDING_MODEL (different vector spaces silently break semantic search).

Rewrite of the Honcho Project to focus on user context management in the general sense. Exposes an API/Server for handling database logic and a client python sdk for interacting with said API.
