Problem Summary:
What is changed and how it works?
Before, we read selected vector rows from the vector index and use default to replace other rows, and then do bitmap filtering to filter out other rows.
Now, we
XXXVectorIndexReaderonly return selected rows, and only do bitmap filtering for files without the vector index.Also:
