1. Deploy a v7.5.4 tidb cluster with TiUP using disagg arch, 1 tiflash write node, 2 tiflash compute node
2. Load some data into the cluster
3. Upgrade the cluster to v8.4.0

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

Cluster upgrade and tiflash restart successfully

3. What did you see instead (Required)

TiFlash fails to restart
