Feature request

I would like to create a TeamCity Error Reporter using the inspection service messages. The junit report works with Teamcity but isn't ideal because the inspections will be counted as tests and not as an inspections.

Are you interested in having such CI specific things in phpstan or should I create an extra library for this?
