I have added code to increase cURL verbosity in cases where PSM_DEBUG is defined and set to a value of boolean TRUE. This is working fine at my end and is helpful in debugging when any issues occur. |

Added code to increase cURL verbosity in cases where PSM_DEBUG is defined and set to a value of boolean TRUE only if the request is coming via CLI.

There is this issue where debug output was interfering with web interface. This has been fixed in PR #697 |
