WasmExecutordirectly.Changes
Removes the requirement to pass the
ExecDispatchgeneric parameter and instead to pass the host functions directly. If you don't want to add any extra host functions, you can just pass()toPalletCmd::run.polkadot companion: paritytech/polkadot#7434
