Detailed description

This PR completes the following:

1. (Retroactively) Fix an issue where header check is inaccurate on LavaDB as the filename should be on the right. Also, sorted LavaDB for easier comparison.
2. Have CMake read the dependencies file to create the Debian package
3. Now that PANDA has the Hypercall header that LAVA uses, use that instead, see here
