This PR fixes eslint/no-unused-vars to correctly honor args: "none" for unused rest parameters (e.g. function f(...args) {}), aligning oxlint behavior with ESLint/@typescript-eslint and resolving #22625.
Changes:
- Route unused rest parameter handling through the same
is_allowed_argumentlogic as normal parameters soargs: "none"suppresses diagnostics. - Introduce a small discriminator type to let
is_allowed_argumenthandle both normal vs rest parameters. - Add regression tests and update the corresponding argument-focused snapshot.
