Optimizes disable-directive matching in the Rust linter by removing an intermediate Vec allocation and collapsing a collect-then-iterate flow into a single pass over matching intervals.
Changes:
- Replaces
find(..).filter(..).map(..).collect()with a singleforloop over intervals. - Avoids allocating
Vec<DisabledRule>and reduces per-match cloning (now one clone per matched directive). - Tracks match existence via a
has_matchboolean instead of!matched_intervals.is_empty().
