Removes the CompilerInterface::semantic_child_scope_ids hook and stops plumbing the “build scope-tree child IDs” option through the CompilerInterface semantic build path.
Changes:
- Removed
semantic_child_scope_idsfromcrates/oxc::CompilerInterfaceand its implementations in task drivers. - Simplified semantic builder construction to no longer call
with_scope_tree_child_ids(...). - Updated coverage/conformance snapshot outputs to reflect the changed semantic checking output.
