To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to JMX application
2. Open JMX application
3. Close JMX application
4. Quit JMX application
5. Start new application on the same host:port.
6. JXM application is still reported and unavailable.

Expected behavior
VisualVM should automatically re-connect to new JMX application
