Since HyperShift / Hosted Control Plane have adopted
include.release.openshift.io/ibm-cloud-managed, to tailor the resources of clusters running in the ROKS IBM environment, theinclude.release.openshift.io/hypershiftaddition will allow Hypershift to express different profile choices than ROKS
