The recipe was incorrectly deleting mockStatic() calls in Kotlin files
because Kotlin's .use { } blocks don't produce J.Try.Resource AST nodes
like Java's try-with-resources does. This caused the recipe to treat
properly-scoped mockStatic calls as unassigned and delete them.
This change adds KotlinFileChecker precondition to skip Kotlin files
entirely, consistent with how CleanupMockitoImports handles Kotlin.

Problem
The recipe was deleting
mockStatic()calls in Kotlin files that use.use { }blocks (Kotlin's equivalent of try-with-resources). The recipe checks ifmockStatic()is insideJ.Try.Resourceto determine if it's properly scoped, but Kotlin's.use { }doesn't produce that AST structure—it's just a method call with a lambda.Before (Kotlin code that was being broken):
