@SamFC10 If you modified testdata/dnn/tensorflow/generate_tf_models.py, please, add these changes to this PR too

@sl-sergei I had no idea I had to change generate_tf_models.py as well. Sorry about that!

Also, should I wait for this PR to be merged before pushing an empty commit in opencv/opencv#19449? As you mentioned, the build fails as the scripts can't find the new data present in this PR.

No, you don't need to wait, buildbot will use this branch, see opencv_extra=tf-leakyrelu in your first comment in opencv/opencv#19449. Please, push any commit there to restart tests
