New patches allow to load files with ml models in old format. Corresponding test and data has been added.
(opencv/opencv_extra#232 contains testdata)
Also fixed uninitialized variable in
ANN_MLPImpl:max_buf_szclass member was not set but used inpredictmetod (near line 252).
