This pullrequest changes

  • adds a new option no_samples_build to the Android SDK build which disables building of Android samples while still copying the sample source into the SDK output
  • modifies the number of concurrent build tasks depending on which build options are set
  • increases the memory setting for the gradle daemon to a more modern value
