Gateway: transaction watcher api does not immediately catch all cleared transactions, leading to confusing pending messages #503
Description
Transact -> both chains verify -> funds arrive BUT the Account screen still says pending (despite the transaction clearly not pending anymore).
Update - the pending notifications do clear, but only after some delay.
