I added some tests, and a changelog entry.
Parentheses are required around the comments otherwise they would be attached to the parent node at the following iteration.
No regression with test_branch on any preset profile.

ocamlformat --debugwas printing a warning on this code (from #1212):I couldn't place a comment that would be dropped, so this is not fixing a bug.
