#423 breaks the native Windows building of ocamlmktop (which is not a script)
#425 does not define FLAMBDA for the native Windows ports, corrupting utils/config.ml

thanks! flambda is disabled for now. Will be enabled later if everything goes well.

A miniature language for expressing the state of recursive inlining,
including the current depth and the amount of unrolling still to be done.
The variables in the language are depth variables.
