OK with this temporary disable. Actually, I support disabling permanently this camlp4 test, it should no longer be done as part of OCaml's CI.

Camlp4 build was fixed in camlp4/camlp4#123. This reverts commit 7ebad89 -- GPR ocaml#1265.
