Summary of the issue:
The Swedish 8 dot computer braille is currently not available within NVDA.
Description of how this pull request fixes the issue:
As there is a Swedish 8 dot table in liblouis, added this table to the brailleTables module.
Testing performed:
Tested that the table is listed and actually works. It looks like an 8 dot table, even though it has the cbt extension in liblouis.
