As requested in #6563, this pull request will make NVDA no longer ignore the read only state for check boxes. This is, however, not limited to aria-readonly cases.
@jcsteh, could you give your view about whether this is the right way to go?

Fixes #6563.

What's New entry: in Bug Fixes:

- NVDA now reports when a check box is read-only. (#6563)

Interestingly, it seems that on the file copying screens of Windows 10, the more details/less details check boxes are reported as read only, eventhough they aren't. I suppose that's not blocking this but i thought I'd just mention it. It could be confusing but I guess that's not our fault.
