Fixes: #6101

This change widens the symbol list, and removes the symbol entry editing
option. There are now three buttons; Add, Change, Remove.
This has the following advantages:

  • Able to specify all fields when adding a symbol
  • Able to modify the entries from the change dialog

The spacing around the UI elements has been fixed and made more
consistent.

Rather than opening dialogs to change/add symbols, we will try to modify this dialog to make it more intuitive without opening additional modal dialogs. This settings dialog is purposefully inconsistent with the dictionary dialog, it is newer and exploring alternative ux that does not rely on additional modal dialogs.
